The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app owner resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
